Refusant une op\u00e9ration \u00e0 c\u0153ur ouvert, il \u00e9tudie la physiologie et r\u00e9alise que l&rsquo;exercice et l&rsquo;oxyg\u00e9nation peuvent restaurer sa sant\u00e9. Inspir\u00e9 par des danseuses du ventre lors d\u2019une \u00e9mission t\u00e9l\u00e9vis\u00e9e, il d\u00e9veloppe une m\u00e9thode avec 3 exercices r\u00e9p\u00e9titifs.
